+Our seats for this ballet were in the third row on the aisle of the right side. They were wonderful seats since it allowed us to be up close to the dancers. The pieces we saw included:

 Four female dancers in pink tutus start this piece dancing almost as background dancers. Then the main couple come out and dance together. She  is thrown through the air lighter than air several times and seems to float across the stage like a feather. A most beautiful number.

 This starts out with the ballerina in a black knee length velvet dress at audience stage right rear crouched with legs split and head bowed. The male comes out and dances then bows over her and using his arms locked under her arms, proceeds to lift her off the floor. This is a very sensual pas de deux. Easily the best dance of the group. We loved it, the shapes and pairings of the two were very visually exciting.

+**Raymonda Variations**
 The score plays as an overture with the curtain closed. When the curtain finally opens we see 10 dancers in turquoise tutu's dancing in groupings of 3 and four. They exit and a number of ballerinas do a solo then are joined by the company again. A male and female join the foray and blend in with the pas de dix. This number was very colorful with the bright white lighting on turquoise tutu's. The lead female had a bluer shade of turquoise than the others while the male was in white tights and a matching turquoise shirt. This was a wonderfully dancd number with smiling ballerinas and a very happy tone throughout. A great way to end the afternoon of ballet.
