I was confused at first by Orcad pin numbering of an SOT-23. The MOSFET N channel device in TG library has pin 1 on lower left, pin 2 on the same side and pin 3 on the side with only one pin.
In this case pin 3 would be the Drain. Pin 2 is the source and pin 1 the gate.
  * 1 = Gate
  * 2 = Source
  * 3 = Drain
