Recipe supplied by Don of BBQ University in Edenton.  We had this as one of the rubs on the ribs we chose from.
  * 3 Tbs Paprika
  * 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  * 1 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  * 2 1/2 Tbs Salt
  * 2 tsp Lemon Pepper
  * 3 tsp Garlic salt
  * 5 tsp Dry Mustard
  * 3 tsp Ground Cumin
  * 2 tsp Chili Powder
  * 1 tsp Cayenne
  * 1/2 Lemon Peel
  * 1/2 Orange Peel
  * 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
