===== Tex Mex Dip =====
  * 3 med avocado rip
  * 1/2 Tbsp lemon Jiuce
  * 1/2 Tsp salt 1/4 Tsp pepper
  * 1 cup sour cream
  * 1/2 cup mayo
  * 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
  * 2 cans bean dip
  * 1 cup large green onions w/tops, chopped
  * 3 med tomatoes, chopped
  * 3 7 oz cans black olives chopped
  * 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese shredded

1. Peel, mash avocado with lemon juice, salt and pepper\\
2.  Sour cream, may, taco seasoning\\

On a large platter spread bean dip, avocado mixture, sour cream, onions, tomatoes, olives and cover with cheese.
