Carol "Cari" Johnson, 63, of Sarasota, formerly of Arlington, Va., died Sept. 16, 2010.
A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at First Congregational United Church of Christ. Arrangements are by Toale Brothers Funeral Homes, Colonial Chapel.
Survivors include a daughter, Gretchen of Sarasota; a son, Erik of Arlington; and a sister, Gail Keiser of Sarasota.
She is also survived by a son-in-law, Kevin Starcher, and two grandchildren, Sydney and Jocelyn.
She was a talented artist and an inspiration to all, she will be dearly missed.
