  - Install the ESP-01 oriented as in the picture
  - Switch the slide switch to program mode by sliding it towards the yellow connector
  - Run Tasmotizer and pick the tasmota bin file
  - Try programming (tasmotize! button).  If it fails, select a different com port number in the tasmota software
