Mom and Dad bought this home on Nov 30, 1952.  They were part of the flight to the suburbs to raise a family.  Previously they lived at 305 E 161st, Bronx NY in a rented apartment.  Alas, the apartment building is no longer there, having been replaced by a Medical Center.
