Air Fryer Chicken Wings **INGREDIENTS **\\ * 1 Kg Chicken Wings * 3/4 tsp Salt * 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder * 1 tsp Paprika * 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder * 1 tsp Onion Powder * 2 tsp Lemon Juice * 2 Tbsp Olive Oil * 6 Tbsp Corn Flour * 6 Tbsp Tapioca Starch * 1 tsp Baking Soda **1. Prepare the Chicken Wings**\\ Clean chicken wings and cut each wing into two parts, discarding the bottom part as they burn quickly.\\ Pat dry the wings paper towels to remove excess moisture.\\ **2. Toss Chicken Wings With Seasonings**\\ In a small bowl add Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Garlic powder, onion powder and Lemon juice to chicken wings, mix very well and marinade for 1 hour. You can marinade for longer in the refrigerator. After marination is done add olive oil to the wings and mix well.\\ **3. Make the Crispy Coating**\\ Make a coating of Corn flour, Tapioca starch and Baking soda in a bowl.\\ Coat each wing piece in flour coating mix and shake off excess.\\ **4. Air Fry Chicken Wings**\\ Put them in the air fryer in single layer and it’s better if they do not touch each other.\\ Air fry at 200 C for 20-22 minutes or until crispy and golden.\\ Halfway through brush with some oil and if possible then turn them as well.\\ Enjoy!
