Using Truecrypt from Sourceforge, create a secure container

Mount the container as a drive

You can now read and write the volume

Backup the secure volume on an external drive by creating another container on the external drive.

Mount the backup volume using truecrypt

Mount the source volume using truecrypt

Run the secure group profile of Second Copy
