Summer Salad

• Red Pepper
• Green Pepper
• Onion
• Tomato
• Cucumber
• Lettuce

• 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
• 1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
• 1 Tsp Maple Syrup

Mix Marinade to taste.

Dice vegetables into small chops. Marinade it in the Marinade for one hour. Chop Lettuce and toss it in.
