Nintendo Game Boy

I bought this Game Boy during a holiday trip to Tenerife in 1995. It's an original Game Boy with monochrome display, but of the "Play it loud!" series with colorful cases that has started that year. I wavered between a black and transparent case, and eventually decided for the black one. Maybe it was a good choice, as the transparent cases may start to yellow over the decades.

A few months after the holiday, I lost interest in this toy. For this reason, the outerior is almost pristine, with no blank keys or display scratches. The Game Boy is still working, but the monochrome LCD has a very poor quality for todays standards. There are mods on the market that enhance the LCD quality, but I don't have the heart to open this device, and to risk a damage.
