228 this morning!!! I was 227 after yesterdays walk so I expected a nice number. This is great. I'm averaging 3 pounds a week since June 1. Did not do a full walk because it was lightly sprinkling. Went down this side of the lake for an estimated 2.5 miles. I had a BLT when I got back. Heard that Aunt Helen is having problems in NJ. She's back in the hospital again. Dinner was a beanburger. Spoke with Vicki this evening. She didn't get my eMail.
