This morning I got up early, before 6 AM. The Haverty furniture truck came on time at 8:30 as per the plan. The love seat fit on the elevator but the big sofa would not fit so they carried it up the stairs. It's pretty heavy. The furniture looks great, the old sofa was in pretty bad shape. It was badly stained and had a torn base under the cushions. Some of the cushions were irretrievably stained underneath with large brown stains. After the furniture we watched the Dancing with the Stars finalists on GMA. Jennifer Gray won last night and was in NY this morning doing a demo dance with Derek Hough, her partner. We took the long ride today to Venice and back. We had an Apple at the train station in Venice. It was a 20 mile ride!!! For dinner tonight we went over to the club for Pub night. It was pretty full. I had the Salmon with two glasses of wine.
