This was still a windy but a warm day. I practiced some measures of notes on the Clarinet and feel I am getting better but have a concern that the notes are staccato sounding. Each note possibly only is being played as a half note with a half note pause between each. We did a grocery run to Walmart on Honore and picked up the ingredients for the mushrooom puffs for the pool party Thursday. We also had to buy a cookie sheet because last time we had to borrow a cookie sheet from Sally. We next did a bike ride down the Legacy trail and then down Bay to the other side of Tamiami where I wanted to take a look at a house that was listed as a fixer upper. It was an eyesore from the street and needs lots of TLC. It would be a real challenge to restoe this one to health. Just after wine and cheese at Sunset I did another Clarinet practice. Dinner was spaghetti with sauce and cheese and a glass of Cabernet. It was excellent. After dinner I called Lorraine. Ted wasn't home but we chatted for a long time over kids and Jimmy's death and also Ann's death. Their family has not had an easy time of it with the deaths, etc. She said Tommy is now living in Riverwood nearby in a Villa. Wow, Aunt jean would be shocked.
