Nice music lesson this morning. I continue to have difficulty going from A to B in the higher notes. We covered dynamics this morning blowing a note from a soft one to full volume. I got some positive feedback on FB for a change regarding the IOS version of FC. A user reported her photos were restored properly. This is good.
I continued reading about running external programs to mess with the Drupal database. Some of the more important for my purpose articles and clippings I put on a new section of my Life Bits under Drupal tips. I was quite surprised there was no Drupal section in the Life Bits To help with this effort i started transferring files to a subdomain so I could run a clone copy of the website.
There was a minor panic in the late afternoon when Ken Barbi said the MAAVS website was down. The hosting had run out July 25 so i quickly renewed it and one hour later it was restored.
I read in the WSJ about Big box wines and they really liked a Kirkwood Rutherford Meritage. i went over to Costco just before closing and had a long chat with the Sommelier that was there. He was a total wine snob but I enjoyed talking with him. The store was unbelievably packed with people. The lines were long but i stuck with it and bought my single bottle of wine.
I helped Libbie make our latest Cooking Light recipe. They screwed this one up, the video and the recipe didn't match. I eventually found the recipe in a link on the video. the recipe was a Southern Living recipe and not cooking light but quite good. I made the ricotta, Romano and other spices filler. Libbie made the Ziti and chopped the yellow squash and zucchini then roasted the veggies in the broiler. The Cherry tomatoes went in whole. It was a delicious dinner that we had with the Kirkwood Rutherford Meritage wine. This wine reminds me of the Hunt blend that we had at Biltmore.
