eye problems

Libbie drove me to Dr Ira's office when it opened. Dr Amy put dye in my eyes then used a blue light to see the pieces of my lens in the back of my eye. She put some numbing drops on and removed the pieces. It felt so much better. I got a bottle of steroid drops that I have to put in 4 times a day to help the eye heal. I can't wear contacts until Wednesday. I resumed working on the Vintage violets which is a challenge. None of the database entries are showing up in a view. Lots of reading and then I gave up and created a clone site on Glembocki.info to play with membership for AVSA. I also tweaked glembocki.info which contains the TNG genealogy program. This site is working well. I resubmitted the process to transfer bluebirdgreenhouse from godaddy to namecheap. I would like all my domains registered on namecheap for simplicity.
Dinner tonight was the veggie pasta we made from Saturday. I planted the Oleander we purchased from the distress table at Lowes Pittsboro then ran out to Walmart and bought 3 bags of mulch. IT's so dry, the ground was like concrete when I dug. I used the new tiller to remove all the grass and weeds from a patch of ground then used it to try digging. I found the conduit that carries power down to the azaleas. I dug the Oleander hole next to the conduit. We had corn with it and a bottle of Cabernet. We have to stop doing this. The veggie pasta is fine but a full bottle of wine is not. My eye feels tremendously better this evening although it's still a little red.
