We received a code in the mail for 9579 Knightsbridge Circle on March 18, 2020. The entire thing was done online by answering how many living at this address, what their ages, race and origins are. The origin question was a puzzle except it had parentheses (German, Italian, etc). I answered Polish for me and European for Libbie.
