Asparagus Parmesan

  • Asparagus spears
  • Panko bread crumbs
  • 3 slices Provolone
  • Shredded Parmesan
  • Shredded Mozzarella
  • Marinara Sauce

Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Toss Asparagus Spears in Olive Oil and lay in a row on the cookie sheet. Spoon Marinara sauce over the Asparagus. Fold 3 or 4 Provolone slices and place over the Marinara. Sprinkle with Mozzarella, Parmesan and Panko Bread Crumbs. Bake at 400 until the cheese melts. About 6 minutes. Place under Broiler for 2 minutes until the cheese browns. Serve.
