BBQ Spareribs

  • 4 pounds spareribs
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Prepared mustard
  • dash cayenne

Brown spareribs on all sides. Combine remaining ingredients. Put onion slices over ribs. Pour sauce over browned ribs and onions. Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove cover and continue cooking over low heat an additional 15 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
