Key Lime Pie

Christa Gross (our Austrian neighbor) obtained this recipe from a bed and breakfast in NH.

  • 5 egg yolks
  • 1 can condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 1/2 cup Key West Lime Juice
  • 1 Graham Cracker Crust, 9 inch diameter

Mix yolks, add lime juice and condensed milk. Fill Graham Cracker Crust Shell.

Bake at 350 F for 12 to 15 minutes.

If desired, top with whipped cream and lime slices.
