Oven Baked Wings

Ingredients
2 lb Chicken Wings
1 tbsp baking POWDER
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Clean the chicken wings and keep it aside in a large bowl.
2. In a small bowl combine the baking powder and spices and then season the chicken wings with the dry mixture.
3. Set them on a tray and keep it in the fridge overnight.

MAKING
4. Preheat the oven at 400 degree.
5. Roast wings for 40 minutes, turning once halfway through, until wings skin is crispy and golden brown.
6. In a bowl add 4 Tbs wing sauce and baste the chicken wings with the mixture.

SERVING
7. Serve the oven baked crispy Buffalo wings along with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks. Use the wing sauce as a dipping sauce

Sweet n Sour Wings Sauce:

1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp minced Garlic
1 small Onion - diced finely
1/3 cup Tomato Ketchup
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Hot Sauce (Sriracha) or your favorite hot sauce
1 Tsp Chicken stock powder - Stock cubes or liquid stock works too
1 Tsp Sugar - For additional sweetness (optional)
1 Tbsp Slurry - 1 Tbsp Cornstarch mixed with 1 Tbsp water

Saute' the garlic 30 seconds until brown. Add onion to the pan and cook 2 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and bring to boil. Add sugar to taste then let boil on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Cook until desired consistency reached. Add 4 Tbps of the sauce to the chicken and stir, the rest is used as a dipping sauce.
