Tex Mex Dip
- 3 med avocado rip
- 1/2 Tbsp lemon Jiuce
- 1/2 Tsp salt 1/4 Tsp pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
- 2 cans bean dip
- 1 cup large green onions w/tops, chopped
- 3 med tomatoes, chopped
- 3 7 oz cans black olives chopped
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese shredded
1. Peel, mash avocado with lemon juice, salt and pepper
2. Sour cream, may, taco seasoning
On a large platter spread bean dip, avocado mixture, sour cream, onions, tomatoes, olives and cover with cheese.
