Tom's Life Bits

Natalie Desay made this a fun opera. There were a lot of familiar tunes, the biggest audience applause of the afternoon came for Juan Diego Florez but Natalie is such a little French pip that she makes the whole thing wonderful. I can't figure out where that voice comes from in that little body of hers. She must weigh exactly 90 pounds making it more improbable. The other thing that makes this opera work so well is the chorus which is on stage for the entire performance. I loved it!!!!
