Tom's Life Bits

This has one of the best casts yet for this favorite opera of ours. We enjoyed every last note as very strong performances by Alvarez, Hvortovsky and Radvanovsky. Rene Fleming was the host but there was only one intermission. A nice intermission feature was to watch the paint girl repair a damaged section of set by taping it then putting on plaster and mixing the correct paint color. Amazing. The opera itself was beyond amazing.
