Creating a Convention Menu category
For a new convention, use the Module Manager and create the top level menu for the convention year. Submenu's under here will have the pages for winning plants, costumes, etc.
While in the Module Manager editing the convention year top level menu,
in the section called menu assignment, select the Past Convention that corresponds to this convention year. Whenever this year is selected under “Past Conventions”, this new menu will appear. Multiple years or other categories can be selected so that this menu will appear whenever they are chosen. Normally we only want one year to correspond to one convention menu with a collection of submenu items.
The Menu Manager will have the Convention Year top level menu. Click on the icon in the column labeled “Menu Items” which will bring up the Menu Item manager. From here additional menu items can be added or edited.
