Teleport Pro
The site ripper tool that I use and really like is called Teleport Pro. One of the advantages of it is a browsable version of a website is created on your hard drive. The software adjusts all the links so that images and pages can be retrieved locally. This is something I found missing on other software products.
The version I downloaded via torrent is V1.6 on April 21, 2011.
