We enjoyed this performance despite some issues with the sound. The Met lost the sound at the end of Act 2 and also the intermission feature. The sound returned after the first few bars of the start of Act 3. At the beginning, Peter Gelb announced that Angela Gheorgeau was recovering from a cold but will still sing.
